Do you give out the RAW versions of the images?
No, I do not provide the RAWs to my clients. The RAW files are untouched, unedited versions of the images I have taken. They require a lot of editing and touch ups before they are ready for use.
What does your turnaround time look like?
My turnaround time is 2 - 3 weeks.
What is a proof gallery and when can I expect to receive mine?
A proof gallery is a gallery that is filled with lightly edited, low resolution images that have my watermark on them. The proof gallery gives you a chance to pick your favorite images that you want me to edit in high resolution format. You can expect to receive your proof gallery within 3-4 days after our session. Once you have picked your favorites, I should have your finalized gallery to you within 2-3 weeks.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, I do. I'm always happy to come up with a payment plan that works for you.
Do you require a model release in order for clients to work with you?
No, I do not require a model release in order to work with you. If you do not want to be posted on social media or included in my online portfolio, I'm always happy to remove the model release portion from your contract.
What is your rescheduling policy?
I do ask for clients to notify me at least 24 hours in advance if they do need to reschedule. I do allow one free reschedule per client / per session. If a second reschedule occurs, there is a rescheduling fee of $75.
Do you offer any discounts?
I do not offer any discounts on photo sessions, but I do offer a 20% discount on prints.
How often do you offer mini sessions?
I usually offer spring, fall, and holiday minis. Those will be announced on my socials and on my website.
Do you provide reshoots, revisions, or refunds?
No, I do not offer any reshoots, revisions or refunds other than in the event of a technical failure on my end.
Can I request for you to edit my photos in a different style?
I do not offer any other editing style other than what is represented in my portfolio. Before you request to book, please look through my portfolio to make sure you are happy with my style of editing.
Can I bring my dogs to my session?
Yes, you can! I'm always happy to include your fur babies in your photos if the location allows. I just ask to bring someone else to the session (a friend or a family member) to help control your dogs and to hold the leashes. I do take a variety of photos so having someone else there when dogs are involved is always super helpful and will make the whole session go more smoothly. Please do let me know before our session if you do plan on bringing them!
